Ways to Return or Exchange:

GreeceThen, call the cooperating courier company “Geniki Taxydromiki” to collect the return package directly from your home, with the cost charged to us. In case you choose to use any other courier service, you will be fully charged with the shipping cost. For the return and replacement of a defective product you are not charged with shipping cost.
Other CountriesSend us the package with the courier company of your choice. The cost of returning and resending the product / products will be covered exclusively by the buyer. For the return and replacement of a defective product the buyer is not charged with shipping cost.
Items must be unused and in their original condition (including all labels and tags intact). Also, you must include the receipt of your purchase.
There are some items for which we do not allow returns such as swimwear and face masks.
Please fill in the required fields of the return form: your personal data such as surname, name, IBAN number, bank branch and name of the beneficiary. The full refund will be made within 14 days after the date we will receive your return.
