For ordering within Greece the shipping costs are 2.50 euros by Geniki Taxydromiki. For orders worth more than 50 euros it is FREE. For orders to Cyprus or abroad, the shipping cost is adjusted depending on the destination. We offer our customers abroad very low prices or free shipping after a certain amount, within the framework of a special agreement with the courier companies. Shipping can be done by TNT or by ELTA Post.

All product returns are accepted within 14 days from the date stated on the purchase document. For hygienic reasons, changes and returns to masks and swimwear are not accepted.

Your money will be refunded within 14 days from the date we receive your return. The appearance of the amount on the credit / debit card depends on the issuing bank.

After receiving your package we will proceed to the desired change. A necessary condition is that the products are in their original condition without any labels, tabs have been removed. Swimwear and masks are not returned for hygienic reasons.

For Cyprus or abroad: The return costs are borne by the customer and the return can be done with any transport company you wish. We recommend that you choose a company that allows you to track the progress of your return.

Usually your order is shipped in 1-3 working days throughout Greece. The time may change into periods of increased demand. For overseas orders the delivery time depends on the destination and the respective social conditions.
