We want you to wear it and love it. If something's not right, we'll make it right simply.
 
You have 30 days from delivery to ask for a refund.
Send the item back unworn, with its tag.
Once it reaches us, we refund the full product price. No questions asked.
 
Wrong or faulty piece ? We'll replace it straight away.

Just changed your mind? Return shipping is on you.
 
How it works:
Email us at eshop@zoe.gr with your order number. We'll tell you exactly where to send it. Your money goes back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
